Brian Hunt started his career in the international logistics business over 25 years ago and has stayed involved in this important industry ever since. He has drawn on this experience to develop international logistics and sourcing programs that serve the student housing and multi-family housing construction industry. Working with Owners and developers of off-campus student housing, he has designed, produced, and installed 1,000s of custom furniture pieces for the evolving student housing industry. He has also developed site city logistics programs for the delivery of construction building material for space constrained jobsites. He travels to Asia several times a year to manage the sourcing and quality control of imported products.
As a partner with Keek Cabinets he is directly responsible for the sourcing, quality control, and logistics of the business.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
Brian has lived in the Charlotte, NC area for over 18 years and is married to his high school sweetheart, Pam. They have 2 children, Cameron and Natalie. Brian enjoys spending time with his family at the beach or the lake and hunting and fishing.
Jeremy J. Cairns is a second-generation Cairns’ who followed their dream into construction. He has over 20 years of experience within the Construction Industry. In 2001, he started his professional career with the Shiel Sexton Company, under the leadership of Benjamin Wilhelm. Mr. Wilhelm instilled into Jeremy two life lessons that have always stuck with him. First, that every project won’t always be successful, instead success is measured by how well you handle the cards you were dealt. And secondly, you must always love what you do. Since 2001, to the present Jeremy has taken part in the management of over 400 million dollars’ worth of construction projects.
Jeremy currently serves as managing partner with Keek Cabinets. Some of his responsibilities are running the gamut from cash management to HR to technology to facilities management.
Jeremy received his Associates Degree in Construction Management from ACC in his home town of Burlington NC. He then went on to study business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jeremy resides in Charlotte, NC. He is married to the love of his life, Kelly, and has two daughters, Kennedy and Lanie. Jeremy enjoys family outing, traveling, attending sporting events and playing golf as much as possible.
